With AutoAir, Bosch's dishwashers will automatically pop the door open to allow the moisture out and the dry air in once the cycle is done. This allows the dishes to dry much more quickly than they otherwise would.

Speaking of the rinse cycle, let's talk about Bosch's Sanitize feature. When selected, this will increase the duration and temperature of the final rinse cycle, eliminating up to 99.9% of bacteria. This is great news for those with infants who will need pacifiers, bottle tops, and other toys sanitized before use. As a plus, the Sanitize feature will make the drying process happen more efficiently. It's a win-win!

The Bosch 500 dishwashers come equiped with an adjustible middle rack, which allows you to raise or lower the rack to suit your needs. Need to wash some long stem wine glasses? Lowering the rack should help them fit. Or do you have a tall stockpot that won't fit in the bottom rack of your old dishwasher? Try raising the middle rack for more clearance. In addition to this, the top rack is removable, leaving you with even more options for loading your dishes.

Rounding out the 500 series' great cleaning features is Bosch's own PrecisionWash® system. With this system in place, your dishwasher will scan the dishes throughout the cycle, making sure each dish gets thoroughly cleaned before the cycle ends.
